1. About By Wright
By Wright is an AI-assisted interior design visualisation service operated by Lauren Wright, trading as By Wright (bywright.studio). By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
By Wright provides personalised interior design visualisations, mood boards, paint colour recommendations, style direction notes and immersive design tips. All designs are created using AI tools guided by our designer's expertise.

3. AI Generated Content
All visualisations are AI-assisted concepts created for inspiration and planning purposes only. They are not guaranteed to exactly replicate a finished renovation. By Wright accepts no liability for any discrepancy between visualisations and the final result of any building or decorating work carried out.

4. Payment
Full payment is required before design work begins. All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Delivery
By Wright aims to deliver all packages within 48 hours of payment being confirmed. This is an estimate and may vary during periods of high demand. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Refund Policy
As a digital service, all sales are final once design work has commenced. If you are unhappy with your design please contact us at hello@bywright.studio and we will do our best to resolve any issues. The Premium package includes one revision round.

7. Client Photos
By submitting photos of your property you grant By Wright permission to use these images solely to create your design visualisations. Your photos will not be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

8. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, visualisations and written content produced by By Wright remain the intellectual property of By Wright. You may use your designs for personal home renovation purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any By Wright designs without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use By Wright's designs as your own original work or misrepresent them as independently created designs. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability
By Wright's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant package.

11. Disputes
We hope to resolve any disputes informally — please contact us first at hello@bywright.studio. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days the matter will proceed to arbitration in Cardiff, United Kingdom under the laws of England and Wales.

12. Links to Third Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third party websites. By Wright is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers via email at hello@bywright.studio when changes are made.
