You'll upload photos of your room and complete our design questionnaire — telling us your style preferences, your budget for the actual work, what you're keeping and what you'd love to change. Within 48 hours you'll receive two concept visualisations showing you how your space could look and feel with a fresh direction.

It's important to understand that these are design concepts — not a shopping list. If a visualisation shows a oak sideboard or a sage green wall, that's the style and direction we're pointing you in. You then find your own version of that piece at whatever budget works for you. This is intentional — it keeps costs down and means the design works for any budget.

Each visualisation comes with a written design rationale explaining the thinking behind every decision, a paint colour recommendation with the exact colour name and code, and style direction notes to take shopping with you.

Think of it as your design blueprint — clarity on where you're going, so every purchase you make from here feels confident and considered.

The Premium package is the full By Wright experience — for those who want their whole home considered, not just individual rooms.

You'll complete our comprehensive design questionnaire covering up to six rooms. We'll want to know everything — how you live, what you love, what drives you mad about your home right now, your budget for each space and whether you're planning to DIY or bring in tradespeople. The more you tell us, the better the result.

Within 48 hours you'll receive three concept visualisations per room — giving you more directions to explore and more options to choose from. Every visualisation comes with detailed design rationale, paint colour recommendations and a practical budget breakdown per room suggesting how to allocate your renovation budget across materials, furniture and finishing touches.

You also receive one revision round — if after seeing your concepts you'd like to explore a completely different direction for any room, just let us know and we'll go again.
